"The thing I love the most about working at Best Buy being a sales and service associate is being able to interact with customers. I love being able to satisfy customers in their experience at our store. The thing I'm not so fond of being in this position is sometimes I have to deal with the customer that is not happy, who has an attitude, or is very upset. specifically at me or the rules I have to follow. I simply would just call a manager over to help me assist with the customer."
