"My coworkers in the New York office were great and there was a great product to sell. There was a lot of hard work and long hours involved but the compensation for the time spent made the work worth it."

"Show full commitment and be up to speed with the latest IT software from competitors, mainly Microsoft (MOM,SCOM)"
What don't you like about working at Argent?
"CEO/President was very intrusive with every minor aspect of company procedure and has a bit of an inflated ego. Good managers and executives were unappreciated and not allowed to effectively manage their respective staff due to the excessive micromanagement."

"most of my managment team were good people, and they seemed to be decent at working with me as for scheduling and child care situations."

"none just do your work and show up, and ontime."

"The place was fairly dirty, lots of co-sharing desks and supplies that opened up people to getting illnesses and the fact they changes alot of the internal policies with out any warnings."

"Keep things open to the workers and make sure to always maintain honesty. Stick to their agreements especially when there are 3rd party changes."
