"Customer Lobby is an amazing company to work for with a culture that has been carefully and intentionally curated to make everyone feel at home and welcome. Each person you meet there is unique and brings something different to the table and every department is delicately balanced between the strengths that shine among each individual on those teams. Leadership cares deeply about each persons voice and every single employee has one on one weekly meetings with their respective managers going all the way up the chain. Some advice I would give leadership as a whole would be to put more value into the roles that drive the most revenue into the company and the company will thrive. It's a wonderful place to work so reward your people with ways that will make that stay long term! One other vital piece of feedback is to keep innovation a top priority. Instead of catching up with what other's in the industry are doing, get ahead and be proactive about the product. Make others play catch up with you and keep your customers at the forefront of innovation!"
