The management provided training, product, management, and other opportunities to improve you knowledge. The upper management provided information about how the company was doing and what projects were in the future. It was a well run organization and a pleasure to work for."

"It was a fast paced work environment and sometimes whole projects would be scrapped after you put much effort into them. This can be disheartening."
