Manufacturing Engineer

"This company has people in place that don't have high school diplomas (GED'S don't allow for proper decision making in manufacturing) and don't have any real manufacturing experience. They put people in positions through favoritism. VP's and managers bend the truth when problems come up and don't take the responsibility for their decisions. Safety procedures have not been established."
