Custom Marine Employee

"I have worked for Custom Marine For over 5 years. The good - 1st shift 10 hr days, 4 days a week, Very clean shop. Break every 2 hrs, left alone to get jobs done as I see fit. The Bad - Management does nothing for continuous improvement, Treats most employees as "anyone can do your job", no leadership or direction for the company, owned by corporate out of state business, very old equipment. poorly organized in day to day operation."
