What do you like about working at Intelligent Earth Services?

"I'm surrounded by lots of different cultures and able to meet lots of different indivduals. I don't have my boss hovering down my back all day while i'm working but he does come by from time to time(which I don't mind). It's a physical labor type of job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't stay in it too long have other opportunities in the works. This I a job to work on intrapersonal skills and have a lot of time to think about your next move because theis job is very repeitive."

What don't you like about working at Intelligent Earth Services?

"I clean up after everyone it's not fun it was a job at the time and I needed the money. Now it's not giving me enough to do the job and nor am I even satified of willing to do the work anymore. I went over my personal set time limit to be in this field of working and I just had with the cleaning of toilets and all types of bodily fluids. I'm better than a cleaner so i'm looking for the job/career for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make more periodical rounds to all the site and have my employees come in to the office twice a year or more if I have time to chat about them and the bussiness. I would also run a better inventory system to where my employees does not have to worry about not have the supplies they need to complete their daily work. A program for all employees to have the opportunity to move into something greater than cleaning buildings if they chose to. Overall helping my eemployees help me and have a better example of team work."
