"I worked for free. Working downtown two days a week and paying for parking is expensive. Basically I was paying to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Help the interns with parking. They are so excited to have the opportunity and are more than willing to work for a class credit. If there is not free parking it is only fair to help."
