"I have worked for Curtiss-Wright for several years and have seen a promising company deteriorate into an abusive sweatshop. I have heard sr. management actually refer to this office as "The Sweatshop". Need I say more about how you will be valued here? And, make sure you can work miracles with no tools, systems, support or guidance from your manager who continually fails to understand simple English. And if you are a woman, be prepared to work hard and stay quiet. Gotta let the boys take the lead and then you will have to clean up the mess afterward."
