"Moved to Curtis from out of state. My first week, I observed bullying by leads and managers. During the second month, I reported a sexual harassment/inappropriate behavior incident involving a long time supervisor...directly to the President...and was retaliated against and discharged by the Owner's Wife/HR while he was gone. Company practices fraudulent behaviors and cares little to change them. Beware of gender biased management from a company that advertises itself as a "woman owned business". Drugs and rampant alcohol issues in the company also."
