"It was my family - we loved and care about and for each other!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No - again the business is not in operation. We sold the facility to the Children's Spot."

What don't you like about working at Mansfield Children's Center?

"Because this was my family business there were some staff that didn't like the fact that I was the director - not a bad thing - but, I didn't like the thought that I was making people hate me just because I was the director."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The business no longer exists - the owner has past away and we (the family) are trying to move on with out lives."
