"During my time at Cure Solutions I have found it to be be more of a nuisance than a work place. Poor management skills lead to excess downtime for our customers while awaiting approval to take action on some issues. I feel that a technician should be just that and in doing so should correct a customer issue in as timely a matter as possible, however, my experience here has seen issue drag on while further approval or guidance is provided."
