"I have worked for Curacao for 20 years. It's a retail company so obviously sales numbers drive the company and intensity of interactions but nothing that wouldn't be expected from any other company within retail. The company has a familiar atmosphere and has excellent facilities overall."
"The one thing that made this job bearable was the employees. Apart from that it goes downhill. The main problem is that there is a huge communication and awareness gap from upper management to the store level. There is no quality training and development in place, therefore there is no talent bench and no hope for the employees that want to grow. The last of the 3 big issues is quality of life, you will have ZERO life. You will work up to 70 hrs a week, off-season. This happens often."
