"I have worked in Cummins since 2008 and have found it to be a good employer except that the leadership of the company needs to start respecting their employees a lot more. There are better ways of managing resources so that employees don't get affected due to the cyclical nature of the business."

They also invest time and money in diversity, which keeps employees happy. However, they have layoffs every 3 years, and anyone can be affected. Apparently not even their top engineers are crucial enough. This is not fair. If you get hired, start looking for other opportunities soon after."
