"The supervisor needs to be looked at. She has no people skills. Supervisors for other dept were having problems communicating with her."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open up your facilities for transfers for employees you have trained that show good reviews even if they haven't meet all your standards weather than loose a good employee and have to retrain a new employee"
