"The draw back at culver was the position was draw VS commition with no/liited benifits. It took 6 months to get out of the draw due to the fact you didnt get credited the placements until cash arrived."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to increase the pay or correct the back offie issues so that fees come in 30-60 days instead on 120-180"
