"Make sure you can get paid. I would make sure that you communicate that it is required by washington state law that a commissioned inside sales person be paid at least minimum wage, no matter how much they bring in."

"Management is insecure about their work and cannot fully communicate intent so work cannot be at the level that they want."

"Define your needs better and support your employees more. Overall your evangelists are the first (and potentially the last) person that a potential member will talk to."
