"It is close to my home. That is the only reason. Of course, I was able to receive the desk copies as other professors."

What don't you like about working at CSU Long Beach?

"The salary is low due to the state budget. No benefit. Semester by semester contract. It is even hard to park on the campus. Lecturers work like contractors and we just come and go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"CSU should hire enough tenure-track faculty to teach those classes, instead of hiring lecturers."
