What do you like about working at CSU Dominguez Hills?

"Good benefits and also with my job, I was actually managing the department and the Chairman just left me on my own to do my job with very little or no supervision, especially when he is not in the office or when he is travelling."

"Do your best to get the job you are applying for. It is a good university."

What don't you like about working at CSU Dominguez Hills?

"Nothing, everything was really good, only my position was a temporary one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since state budgets is cut off to a considerable amount, those middle managers like fund managers whose jobs are merely duplication of other departments should be eliminated to save the STATE a lot of money, especially these positions had just been created few years ago. If the University was able to function years before without them why can't they do without them, especially at this economic situation that we are faced on."
