What do you like about working at California State University?

"Working at California State University was very enjoyable. I was an HR Intern and this allowed me to work directly with the HR Director. I had become his Right Hand Man within the time I was there. I learned all aspects of working in the HR Department from benefits, to hiring process, to building job descriptions, and legal actions need be taken."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"None, other than to be yourself."

What don't you like about working at California State University?

"I did not like that the department was going to be integrated to another unit. Due to this, there was no openings to apply for in the department since it did not exist anymore."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management at California State University was very well rounded. They treated their employees with dignity and respect. They also assisted in teaching their employees new things. Management was strict but knew how to motivate its employees to do the best job that they can."
