"Unfortunately CSquared suffers from management problems and other issues. The company refuses to update the work process to new standards or listen to workers when they make suggestions to improve productivity. Morale is very low in the company and most people are looking for a new place to work. The CEO is ignoring all reviews on sites such as this choosing to bury his head in the sand rather then try to improve the company. The positive side is a lot of the people who work there are awesome and easy to work with, if they're not managers."
