CSI Calendering Employee

"Is a very family oriented company with great workers and leadership, but they are so far behind on technology and the machinery is highly outdated and the company is not going to last if they don't improve."

"When I started with CSI Calendering I was promised a bonus right up until the time I was let go. They said they were discontinuing my position. Management was never straight with their employees. They pushed the ones who worked hard beyond their breaking point and let the lazy ones drag on. I considered the environment a hostile environment. A lot of the production workers had felonies or other charges against them and they were considered volatile."
