What do you like about working at CSG International?

"Early career there were opportunities to Travel. later Career with family the travel was too much. Advancement required Travel which I didn't want to do. Lots of opportunity with the different departments- Infrastructure changed but over all a great place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Depending on the job. Talk about you ability to create client relationship, problems solving, importance of working issue through to the end. Team player, working independently. Ability to travel"

What don't you like about working at CSG International?

"Limited opportunities in Sales and Training without Extensive travel. There were other avenues I could have tried, but really my goal was to get into sales, and that never developed. A great company that I would recommend to anyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Good management for the most part, my departure was based on wanting sales and training opportunities which were not available without extensive travel. SBU is a fun job and good management, can be very demanding as you may be oncall quarterly for your team. All SBU's are great, but the Comcast team is very challenging."
