"Work load could be better but because of nature of business we are in I can't fault CSG for that."

"I am fortunate to have good management team, only suggestion I can offer is keep doing what are they doing right now."

"Independence. It was a startup when I started with them. I watched it grow and was one of the reasons for Intec's success."

What don't you like about working at CSG International?

"Change in management in 2008 caused too many waves of distractions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Back to basics. New managements objectives are to raise stock prices and sell. Once completed Intec needs to concentrate on the initial values, product, customer and value"

"Keep an open mind, there is no perfect job and CSg should get an A+ for initiatives."

What don't you like about working at CSG International?

"It was very disorganized and many of the employees were angry at the new hires."

"Its been a long time since I was there - but I would recommend a review of the project pre-planning processes."

"Early career there were opportunities to Travel. later Career with family the travel was too much. Advancement required Travel which I didn't want to do. Lots of opportunity with the different departments- Infrastructure changed but over all a great place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Depending on the job. Talk about you ability to create client relationship, problems solving, importance of working issue through to the end. Team player, working independently. Ability to travel"

What don't you like about working at CSG International?

"Limited opportunities in Sales and Training without Extensive travel. There were other avenues I could have tried, but really my goal was to get into sales, and that never developed. A great company that I would recommend to anyone."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Good management for the most part, my departure was based on wanting sales and training opportunities which were not available without extensive travel. SBU is a fun job and good management, can be very demanding as you may be oncall quarterly for your team. All SBU's are great, but the Comcast team is very challenging."

"The company was privately held and the owner and didn't offer stock options."

"Invite some turnover. Too much good old boy network for those just hanging out."

"Very relaxed working environment, no micro managing. Opportunity to grow. Appreciate it's employees hard work."

"At times it seemed team was taking too much to handle, could get very stressful."
