"It's somewhat boring. We have a simple job to do and it's not very challenging. I could literally do this job half asleep."

"Anything that deviates from perfection is a security observation. Document everything that is different from normal and you will do fine."

"Workloads are severely unbalanced. Some routes are easier than others It's sometimes difficult to get in contact with the manager without feeling guilty about calling him at home."

"I would focus more on growing the business. Finding new accounts and limiting turnover."
