"I am able to walk to work, with all projects within a 1 mile radius of the office. The owner has complete faith in my abilities, and is willing to give me complete responsibility and nearly 100% control over his projects."

"Owner has made questionable business decisions that have put undue stress on company, and ultimately, is causing the company's demise."
