"For being a non-profit organization we are highly effective with the way we keep metrics as well as structure strategic direction to achieve our goals of outreach. We train and develop future leaders, whether they be students or full-time staff. Some areas off growth can be communication as well as opportunities for staff to move up in the organization. Although they are growing in the area of Diversity & Inclusion, the national organization being 92% white is, there is still room to grow."
