CRRC Employee

"I've worked at CRRC MA since 2019 as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. They're a very fast paced train manufacturer. The company as a whole has a very strong work ethic, and the place will keep you on your toes from day 1."

CRRC Employee

"While I learned many things from this job and most of them were great. I did not enjoy the atmosphere and the culture of the company. The management was poor at best and all over the place. A decision would be made one day and then changed the very next day. Your boss would tell you to do one thing and then yell at you for not doing another. While I was at the company I was given many tasks and then subsequently yelled at for not finishing them when I worked alone. Overall I would not be surprised to see this company go under after their contracts are done."
