"After being with the company for 10 years I've seen many ups and downs of the company. The company doesn't care much about work/family balance. They would rather work you to the bone and pay you very little. Most supervisors don't really help to improve efficiency, and are only in their position because of how long they have been with the company. There are many great employees that are very skilled at what they do, but don't get the pay or appreciation they deserve. I'm a believer of taking care of your employees and they will take care of you. Crown does not do this and it will be their downfall."
