"Like any company when you interview, there is an appearance of unity and friendship within your tour of this company ; however, it's a lot different when you in the organization."

What don't you like about working at Crown Financial Ministries?

"The pay and middle management/ leaders. I believe there is a internal group that looks out for each other regardless of their ability to do the job. There isn't a minority presence at this company. I recall only 2 blacks in a company of 150+ employees with no blacks in Senior Leadership or middle management."

"Don't be afraid of educated employees. This could help improve your overall business with new ideas. I would make sure management evaluates its managers for competencies in their industry. You have many people with backgrounds no aligned with your business which is a disconnect in any business."
