"Managements decisions at times and lack of support and misleading practices to meet the bottom line."

"Think about all aspects of any situation not what the person in front of you is saying. More than likely they have their own agenda. I should not have been terminated."

"I worked at Crown Castle of PR from December, 2011 to December, 2012. I liked the experience, it was my first time working with communication towers, but the process remained the same. I conducted pre-construction meetings and inspected work performed until final inspection and close-out documents were submitted. Great learning experience. Sometimes there was a lot going on with all the towers being worked on, I had about 35 towers improvements going at the same time, so I had to be very careful to which sites visit and keep my supervisor informed at all times. My day sometimes started at 8:00 AM and ended at midnight, had to do a lot of traveling, take care of projects where the tower foundation was going to be worked on; inspect and supervise concrete placement, check that all workers were wearing safety belts and equipment. A bit stressful but it was worth!"
