4.3I worked at Crown Castle of PR from December, 2011 to December, 2012. I liked the experience, it was my first time working with communication towers, but the process remained the same. I conducted pre-construction meetings and inspected work performed until final inspection and close-out documents were submitted. Great learning experience. Sometimes there was a lot going on with all the towers being worked on, I had about 35 towers improvements going at the same time, so I had to be very careful to which sites visit and keep my supervisor informed at all times. My day sometimes started at 8:00 AM and ended at midnight, had to do a lot of traveling, take care of projects where the tower foundation was going to be worked on; inspect and supervise concrete placement, check that all workers were wearing safety belts and equipment. A bit stressful but it was worth!
3.5I am a contractor at Crown Castle. I am an AIT Draftsman. Good company to start, with not much success in moving up the corporate ladder even with my new bachelors of business degree. Good company if you simply need a job.
4.4Crown Castle is a great company to work for. The office is nicely appointed and everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Mid-level pay is not the greatest but there are opportunities for advancement.
