What do you like about working at Crossroads Bible College?

"It was a good christian school & they provided me with a job so that I might finish my education. I like the work they are doing in training christian leaders to reach a multi-ethnic urban world for Christ."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They need to make sure that they can afford to pay back schooling even if they don't find a job in ministry afterwards. They need to realize before they even start school at crossroads that they won't be able to get any jobs but volunteer positions & that crossroads isn't going to help them find a job."

What don't you like about working at Crossroads Bible College?

"They only paid me minimum wage, & minimum wage was only $5.15-$5.85/hr. Also, they didn't help me find a job after I graduated like they said I would, & I haven't found a position in ministry yet. The only positions I find is everyone wants me to work volunteer doing different ministries at church. But I have to have money coming in to pay rent & utilities, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Crossroads Bible College needs to have some one keeping up on what positions are open at all the churches & christian colleges & schools in the nation, & keep the students update on the openings, & help the students find jobs after they've graduated. Crossroads should care enough about their students to help them out, & if they don't then why should people even go to school there if they aren't going to make enough to even pay Sallie Mae back afterwards."
