"No review given at this time"
"Extremely unprofessional organization. They can't keep underwriters because they treat them as dogs. The management runs underwriting as if they are a sales staff. Rather then addressing quality and policy updates, they degrade them on morning calls with reports that show how many each underwriter has completed. They report production in a fashion where unless you approve the loan or send the loan to closing, your work doesn't count. If you are an underwriter entertaining a position with this company, it is wise to accept another offer if you care anything about your sanity. This is not a place friendly to compliance and practices lending in a fashion to ONLY the sales liking. If you care about keeping your HUD and V A designations then find another job opportunity."
