"I have been working at Cro Metrics full-time for more than a year Pros I took advantage of the 100% remote opportunity to build my CRO and product management skills. My colleagues were amazing to work with. Management was a bit difficult as there are unfortunate ladder-climbing games being played at the expense of others. I have seen too many people be fired or quit for having a voice and wanting to promote change. I ultimately think the people that work here want the best for each other, it just gets clouded. I hope they can figure that out."
