"Off-color jokes and lots of inappropriate sexual innuendo like "that's what she said' during meetings. Way too much gossip about employees to other employees by the directors, who by the very nature of their positions of power, don't need to behave in such an unprofessional manner. A lot of sneaky behavior like changing policies and moving employees around without explanation. Claims they want input and constructive criticism, but when you offer it, they get huffy."
