"I loved working with a diverse group of clients, which kept my energy level high. Also, because the company was a start-up, I had immediate access to executives who were a tremendous asset to my growth, and who also acted as mentors."

"Applicants must have a high energy level and a large capacity to learn new things. The work pace is intense, and requires some late night and weekend work. Slackers need not apply."
