"I loved my co-workers and it was a really great place to get your foot in the door with experience. I worked a couple months doing all-nighters and weekends with a team on a project because of an unrealistic timeline. While this is not necessarily the norm for the type of work I did, it was unfair to not only us, but to our family members and health. Our overtime compensation was valued at $200 in ticket form plus 2 days. A few months later, they laid off really positive members of this team."
