"I have been at Cricut since 2019. While the product is fun, that's where the good ends. I was severely underpaid and gaslighted when it came to asking for a raise/title change in my very inconsistent reviews. While they are starting to ask people to come back to the office, a majority of the C-Suite, VPs, and Directors work from home permanently - a rule for thee, not for my situation. While I love and commiserate with those on the same level as me on my team, that isn't enough to make me want to stay."
"The company is based in Utah, they have a good employee relations with concern for your job and position. Do need to be accomplished at what you do to stay with the company."
"Awesome place to work for this company where colleagues and managers are friendly and listen to ideas and provide support in implementing and learning."
