"I have to waist my time some times with the accounting department to get my reimbursements some times."

"Make more efficient accounting department by proper communication from top to bottom"

"When I was interviewed for my current position, I thought the doctors that interviewed me did a though job. Keep up the good work."

What don't you like about working at Creighton University?

"Opportunity for growth is limited, due to budget restrains that happened for the past 3 years, and most schools/universities have to work with a very limited budget making technology not their priority"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the most part the management is operating within their means and at this time not a lot can be done. The management currently have a lot that they are working on and resources are limited maybe for the next few months. Part of the University has been bought by Alegent Hospital and management have their hands full at this time working out the transition."

"Listen to the employees, don't micromanage"

"It was a great place to work, but it largely depends on your department and supervisor. The Division of IT is a great place to work- good leadership, vision and the management cares about the employees."

"The pay was not competitive and there were restrictions on how big of a raise you could get if you were promoted."

"Increase the pay and make it so that employees who are promoted receive significant raises."
