"I worked for this company 10+ years. There is no work life balance at all. Frowned upon if you have to request off for anything family related. If your kids got sick at school they always had that attitude why can't your spouse go get the kids Got to a point that employees planned doctors appointments on vacation days cause asking for an extra 30 minutes for lunch was like you were asking off for a week. 55 hours work week was standard. If you have no family or life then this is for you."
