The CEO and CFO are strong representatives of what the organization stands for and make everyone feel valued. They know each employee's name from day one and take a lot of pride in demonstrating what the organization stands for. Leadership empowers employees to do the right thing every time for every member. It's not perfect, and some leaders should be replaced, but overall the culture is strong."
