"Financially Strong Company and the personal service we give to our members. We offer a lot of great products and services and great rates to match."

"No. It is a great company, but currently, the management is weak."

What don't you like about working at Credit Union of Colorado?

"There is a lot of turnover occurring and they are decreasing total staff, making it impossible to operate a full service branch and perform business development. There is little recognition for the 29.4% growth that has occcurred since I came on board in 2007."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Re-think the rate at which you are incorporating change. You must have knowledgeable and trained leaders leading the change; appreciate the good people, don't forget them in the process of getting the wrong people off the bus."
