"I've worked for Credit Union of Colorado for nearly seven years and strongly align with its core values. The CEO and CFO are strong representatives of what the organization stands for and make everyone feel valued. They know each employee's name from day one and take a lot of pride in demonstrating what the organization stands for. Leadership empowers employees to do the right thing every time for every member. It's not perfect, and some leaders should be replaced, but overall the culture is strong."
What do you like about working at Credit Union of Colorado?
"Financially Strong Company and the personal service we give to our members. We offer a lot of great products and services and great rates to match."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No. It is a great company, but currently, the management is weak."
What don't you like about working at Credit Union of Colorado?
"There is a lot of turnover occurring and they are decreasing total staff, making it impossible to operate a full service branch and perform business development. There is little recognition for the 29.4% growth that has occcurred since I came on board in 2007."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Re-think the rate at which you are incorporating change. You must have knowledgeable and trained leaders leading the change; appreciate the good people, don't forget them in the process of getting the wrong people off the bus."
