"Credit one Bank was a well paying company that gave me the opportunity to lead a team of direct reports, but unfortunately lacked creating a healthy, collaborative, gender neutral working environment. My direct reports thrived with my leadership, yet I was not taken seriously as a female manager, and numerous times was not empowered, encouraged, acknowledged, or taken seriously for the work I completed by my directors, VPs, and CMO.
