"I have worked for Credit Corp Solutions for almost 2 years, and although I had loved my job and position for the first year, I later noticed they did not have the great management/ Team Leaders that I had hoped for, the team leader I later was switched to, was very condescending and not at all willing to help and I had brought it to the attention of upper management and they did nothing to wrong to correct the situation. I was very disappointed. And saw that to move up, it was more about who you know, not particularly based on your hard work and knowledge"
