What do you like about working at Credit Answers?

"Some cool people worked there. Nice modern offices and equipment. Great location and view from building."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just know that the money will most likely not be what is proposed unless things have been completely revamped. That sounds like a victim thing to say as an ex employee but I just never saw anyone, even the best, make over $100K, not even over $80K."

What don't you like about working at Credit Answers?

"Pay was sold on interviewing as being high but even the best sales associate didn't make very much money. All smoke and mirrors on the pay. Theoretically you can make X amount of dollars but in practicality it will be a lot less. Pay structure was completely created to benefit the owner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change pay structure and reduce time after sale to incur chargeback. Pay formula in essence is way too confusing."
