"There is/was no longer any Credence management left after the take over/merger with LTX."

"I liked the fact that I had a lot of visibility in the operations of my group and was able to make a lot of decisions affecting the business."

"Ask them about their strategy to get back their market share since the merger with LTX. Things have fallen a long way since then."

"Too many executive management changes and directions for the company."
