What do you like about working at Creative Design Consultants?

"I liked presenting to my multiple design teams the projects and my designs and overseeing their work in the process. I especially liked at the start of the projects, working with the architects to fine tune some of the homes layouts. Sometimes architects do not take into consideration how the proper function of the room will be with furniture layout so that is where I was responsible to step in and make sure that all details were accounted for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a faced pace work environment where you are working on multiple jobs and you must be, on with creativity all the time. I worked well in that type of environment as there were always projects to start and install."

What don't you like about working at Creative Design Consultants?

"I worked with 60 ladies, most of them under the age of 35. There was a lot of caddy behavior amongst the women. I feel that your work environment should be as drama free as possible as you spend the majority of your life there. Working with different personalities is given in any work environment. This was just a constant added layer that was unnecessary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I was trained in my position by the director who's position I was filling, she did not inform me of ALL of my job responsibilities. For instance, I was responsible for calling out where hard surfaces and soft surfaces started and stopped in a model. My first presentation was a bit unfinished due to this. Luckily, my head managers understood and took the time to make sure I was well aware of my entire job description and it was smooth sailing from that moment forward."
