"The number of people on our caseloads are too many to handle properly. Also we do not get reimbursed for gas or other things such as cell phone that we use extensively. I can put 100+ miles on my car in a day and gas is high."

"Cut the number of individuals on our caseloads. We have too many people in our groups to be effective."
